Each year, the Center for the Arts, in partnership with Micron Technology Foundation, the City of Manassas, and the Harris Pavilion offers a series of free concerts. The popular concerts are scheduled on alternate Saturday evenings throughout the summer. Bring your chairs, blankets, and picnics to enjoy these concerts with your friends and neighbors!

Arrive at 3:30pm for a dance lesson with great dance instructors teaching you specific dances, followed by an open dance session where you can practice what you've just learned or refine steps you may already know!  Beginners and advanced dancers are all welcome.  Come try the gorgeous floors of the Kellar Theater at the Candy Factory.  Bring your friends and family! Cost is $15.00 per person for lesson and dance session, $10 dance only. Pay at the door.

The event is sponsored by the Bull Run Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America. It all takes place in historic Old Town Manassas, Va., where you'll find a number of other events going on as well. The seventh annual Old World Festival, the farmers market, a sidewalk sale by downtown merchants -- all will take place within a block or two of our show. And the new Manassas Wine & Arts Festival is only a short walk from the show field. Of course, Old Town Manassas has many interesting shops and restaurants to visit.

Free parking (in a covered garage just across the street from the car show) makes your visit a carefree one. This year we're proud to welcome Miss Virginia American Sweetheart to the show field, as well as Manassas Mayor Harry J. "Hal" Parrish II, who will present the new "Mayor's Trophy". Midway through the show, there'll be a demonstration by Model T Ford enthusiasts, of how quickly they can assemble one of those cars from a bunch of parts, and then drive it off!

Historic Manassas Inc., will feature the first annual Manassas Wine & Arts Festival on Sat., Sept. 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Old Town Manassas. Attendees can taste the fare from local Old Town Manassas restaurants, while local artists showcase their work and local wineries offer wine tastings. Live entertainment by local entertainer, Jason Paul Curtis will headline the event with The Fabulous Bob Meyers Trio.
