1st Sunday Dance at the Candy Factory

 '1st Sunday Ballroom Dances'   Join us for the fabulous dance sessions on the 1st Sunday of each month from 4-6pm at the Center for the Arts in Old Town Manassas. Arrive at 3:30pm for a dance lesson with great dance instructors teaching you specific dances, followed by an open dance session where you can practice what you've just learned or refine steps you may already know!  Beginners and advanced dancers are all welcome. Bring your friends and family! Cost is $15.00 per person for lesson and dance session, $10 Dance only. Pay at the door.

First AME is hosting its 2nd Music and Arts Conference July 11-15th.  The them is "Reaching and Releasing Your God-Given Gift.  The main facilitator is singer, songwriter and producer, Isaiah D. 3-2-1 Art Exhibit Commerating the 150th of the Civil War

Art and history buffs alike are invited to the opening reception of “The 1-2-3 Art Show: 1 Exhibit 2 Be Seen at 3 Locations,” an exhibit commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. The 1-2-3 Show is a joint venture of ArtBeat Gallery, Creative Brush Studio and the Manassas Art Guild. Member artists of each group have been working all year to create new art reflecting on the history, people and landscape of the Civil War. The reception will take place on Friday, July 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. Vistors are invited to stroll from location to location, which are within a block of each other on Center Street in Old Town Manassas. The locations are ArtBeat, Creative Brush and Persnickety Cakes, which hosts the Art Guild. The exhibit will continue at all three locations throughout the summer, concluding on September 2. A closing reception will be held on August 24. The exhibit is free and open to the public; closed Mondays.Attachments
