Announcing Battle of the Artists, a street painting festival being held on Battle Street in historic Old Town Manassas, VA. Artists are being sought to create art on the pavement using chalk pastels.
There is no entry fee, and all art supplies are provided. A cash prize will be awarded to the "People’s Favorite" painting. Participating artists are also invited to exhibit and sell artwork during the festival.
