Old Town Merchant Open House

A Merchant's Open House will be held throughout the Shops of Old Town including Center and Main Streets and the beautiful promenade between Battle and West Streets on Sunday, December 2, 2012 from noon until 5 PM. There will be refreshments in every store, entertainment in some stores and Santa will be on the walkway for photos of anyone who would like!

Merry Old Town: Free Carriage Rides

American Festival Pops Orchestra: Holiday Pops: Songs of the Season

Capture the sheer joy of the Christmas season when this talented pops orchestra comes home for the holidays with a jubilant concert of cherished Christmas carols, holiday tunes, guest soloists, and the traditional sing-along. This festive evening also includes performances by the American Festival Pops Brass Quintet playing A Canadian Brass Christmas, Rick Davis with the narration of “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas,” and a program that includes such sentimental favorites as “Christmas Festival” by Leroy Anderson, “Jingle Bells Forever,” “Hanukkah Rhapsody,” “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” and more. Under the baton and leadership of founder and artistic director Anthony Maiello, these gifted musicians from the greater D.C. area bring an evening that is sure to fill everyone with Christmas cheer.

Step back in time and experience the Holidays as they were in the 1860s. Tours begin at 5:00, 5:45, 6:30 and 7:15 p.m. Arrive at the Manassas Museum 15 minutes prior to tour time. Tours will begin at the museum and transporation to Liberia will be provided. $15.00 - aduls and $7.50 - for those 12 and under. Refreshments will be served!
