Spring Gallery Walk in Old Town

The annual Spring Gallery Walk in Old Town Manassas has been scheduled for Friday, May 2 from 6:00PM until 9:30PM. Various merchants will be hosting artist receptions throughout OldTown, serving refreshments and the opportunity to meet the artist in person, and discuss their work. You can follow the balloons to find the various stops on the Walk, or pick up a Gallery Walk map at any one of them. You can also download the map from Historic Manassas Inc.’s website calendar at www.visitmanassas.org . This season’s Gallery Walk is proud to exhibit the work of two talented BrentsvilleHigh School students, Cierra Dobson andSompaseuth Chounlamany. The fourteen host locations and the artists are:
- ArtBeat Gallery - Group show "Seasonal Colors"/ featured exhibit "Portals" by Katharine Nace
- Center for the Arts - Ralph Woehrman – "A Forty Year Retrospective"
- Creative Brush Studio/Gallery - Group show: paintings of wildlife
- Dublin of Old Town - Jackie Fitzpatrick and Mike Flynn: "Irish Landscapes"
- Fulton Bank - Manassas Art Guild, group show
- Java Roo Coffee House - Kim Slevin, photographer
- Junction Travel - Kathy Naylor, oil paingtings “The Play of Light”
- Manassas Clay - Members show of current works
- Opera House Gourmet - D2 Designs: Handmade jewelry
- Piccolino’s Italiane Ristorante - Sompaseuth Chounlamany, oils depicting Laos
